SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS (FedEx).

All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required unless the customer selects this shipping method at checkout. If signature required option is not selected, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. Inclán Studio, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. We are also happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.

Inclán Studio, LLC is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.  Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.


RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Inclán Studio online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Returns must be received with 10 days of the delivery date. You may contact sales@inclanstudio.com to request a prepaid return shipping label or you may elect to use your own shipping service, in which case, please save the tracking number until your refund is processed. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return. Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.

Returns can take up to 14 days for our fulfillment center to receive and process.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will then be refunded to the account from which the purchase was debited within 2-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. In certain cases, store credit may be allowed for returns made past the two week window.

FINAL SALE: Only regular priced items may be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are subject to availability. Merchandise cannot be held for exchange orders. An exchange can only be made on identical merchandise. You may contact sales@inclanstudio.com to request a prepaid return shipping label or you may elect to use your own shipping service, in which case, please save the tracking number. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return. Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted. PRE-ORDER

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel an order for a full refund if necessary prior to shipment. Standard return policy as stated above applies to all Pre-orders.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.


PAYMENT

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® and PayPal® for purchases made in $USD. Our site is hosted by Shopify, Inc. which provides a direct payment gateway encrypted through the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS), see Privacy Policy for more information. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders for online purchases.
